PRACHINBURI: -- Our picture shows a very lucky motorcyclist who ended up under the wheels of a minivan.

 

His head - with no helmet - is right up against the wheel of the van, reported Thairath.

 

One more revolution of the wheel and he would have been dead.

 

As it was vegetable trader Sommai Yaibua,55, avoided even being a vegetable - he is just fine in hospital after the accident at an intersection in Srimahapho district of Prachinburi yesterday.

 

The driver of the minivan Jamlong Pitbut said that the man was riding a motorcycle with attached sidecar. 

 

He came out of nowhere and he couldn't avoid him and it was lucky the rider wasn't killed.

 

The picture featured the four digits from the number plate - 8927.

Yes he was so very lucky to be in a terrible crash and end up in the hospital. I can see why people want that kind of luck to rub off on them.

Me think this is not an accident, he was looking to retrieve a shiny 10 satang coin

from underneath the van.

I'm sure the motorcyclist will say it was all about luck as it couldn't have anything to do with driving skills. By the way could you european golfers please stop telling me that my bad golf shots are unlucky. 

The van tag numbers seem very clear to read without the need of the enhancement. 

I said sorry to the guy, for almost crunching his melon.  But he should not have been in my driveway !
