Many large trees, many of them producing fruit or nuts. Also lumber trees (pine, rosewood, acacia, maka). Parcels are relatively quiet, near zero traffic, and have expansive views. Sizes; from half rai to 9 rai. Properties are formally registered with village head office. though have no full title at this time, which is same for thousands of surrounding parcels. If they had full title, asking prices would be 2 to 3 times as much. Have owned for nearly 20 years. One has recently sold and another has an offer, but there are still several remaining.
