Paul Catton Posted October 21, 2016 Share Posted October 21, 2016 Western brand Hand Rolling tobacco was available at a shopfront store, also wine and spirits from memory, Soi Chang Klan (Night Bazaar), right hand side heading north, between Soi Loh Khor and Thannon Thapae.
