Better If The House Is Under The Co.ltd Or Better Under The Name Of A Person ?

I would like to know what the positive and negative aspect of

House belong to the company Vs. house belong physical person name

who is the director of that company (EU foreign).

Like most of us I have the land belong to the company (1 quarter of rai

it's a very small plot) and the house is under construction, so,

at the moment only the land has been transfer to the company.

My question is : When the house will be ready I think I can

choose if the house will be under my name or the house will be under

the company (where I'm the director), what the positive and negative

of each other possibilities ? can you help me to understand better this issue ?

Keep in mind that I will rent out the house after I seattle down in LOS
