Ministry of Science and Technology sets up equipment to purify water from cloth dyeing

  

BANGKOK, 27 October 2016 (NNT) – The Ministry of Science and Technology has installed water purifying equipment for citizens dyeing their clothing black at Nang Lerng Stadium. 

Due to many agencies providing cloth dyeing services to mourning citizens, the Ministry of Science and Technology has decided to set up water purifying equipment to handle the large amount of dye tainted water being produced. 

The equipment is the result of collaboration between the ministry’s Department of Science Service and the Ministry of Education. It is available at a booth established at Nang Lerng Stadium near the area of the Grand Palace. 

The stadium is also providing parking spaces for mourners heading to Sanam Luang. Citizens who park their cars at the stadium will find food, drinks, first aid and other services.
