Thai Lion Air.

Featured Replies

hi. My Son 3 days ago just before leaving Yangon, bought an online ticket ticket on lion air Yangon-Bangkok. He paid by debit card and they've taken his money but he's got no email or ticket. He's on his way to Inle lake and asked me to contact Bangkok office, I look them up and get 4 numbers all of which operator says don't exist.

Any help /advice much appreciated.

Have you tried the  +66) 2-529-9999 number?

I suggest he check to be sure the emails didn't end up in the spam folder.

Thanks all. After five days he got an e-mail confirming his ticket so all's well.In the end,I got one number that rang, and gave a recorded msge. Nok is far better .

All my confirmations with Lion Air have arrived within a minute when booking from the UK.

I also booked a ticket for my wife from the UK and chose the option for her to pay at a convenience store in Thailand (this was before I found out they do not charge for credit cards, unlike AirAsia), the booking was instant, I sent her the reference number, she paid at the local "7" and the confirmation was back with me about a minute after the time on her receipt.

Never needed to call them though, the online system has worked fine for me.

same ^^^ here, never had a problem. flown more than 10 times with them
