recommendations for muliti point hot water heater

Hi, I need to replace my existing hot water unit. It services 2 points in the bathroom:

vanity and shower.

Each outlet/point has its own heat selector/taps.

Any suggestions? It's for a rental,  apartment, which I will be selling within the next 3-5 years. Thanks for any suggestions.

Whilst I am posting, I want to instal a hot water unit in my bathroom vanity, in my own house.

I already have a shower wall unit.

I see these new (to me)  Tankless Electric Hot Water Heater Faucet Kitchen Kits for sale.

GZU make is one brand sold at lazada. other brands are listed for sale at ebay, etc.

1,600 baht. Which is a bargain, compared with my plumbers suggestion, which costs 8,000 baht; to run a new cable and junction box, hot/cold tap

and a new unit under the sink.

Again, any advice is welcome.!
