SONGKHLA: -- Singer, rapper and model Howard Wang was caught at Sadao immigration in Songkhla on Sunday trying to cross into Thailand from Malaysia.

The Taiwanese 31 year old whose real name is Leong Wang was fined 6,000 baht then whisked off to Don Meuang airport, reports Sanook.

From there he was taken under guard to Suvarnabhumi airport and promptly put on a Thai Airways plane back to Taipei.

The former singer in the "Giant" group and boyfriend of Thai model Amy Amonwan has been a pain in the side of the Thai authorities for years.

In 2013 he broke into his girlfriend's house in Bangkok and scribbled a creepy message on a wall in his own blood. He was deported following that stunt.

He has previously been arrested in Thailand on marijuana, amphetamine and assault charges.

He is on an immigration blacklist for law breaking in the kingdom. He was trying to enter Thailand alone on Sunday on a Taiwanese passport.

caught trying to sneak

One does not sneak into a country by going through its immigration control point using a legitimate passport. But perhaps he changed his passport as I expect Thailand would have stamped in it previoulsy upon his exit from Thailand that he was blacklisted. Otherwise he shouldn't have even been allowed on the flight to Thailand.
