Jeeradech Charoentut, 40, poses for a mug shot Tuesday night at the Phra Khanong Police Station in Bangkok.

BANGKOK — About a month ago, Jeeradech Charoentut went to the man having sex with his wife with a simple request – please stop. The cuckolded 40-year-old was mortally offended by the man’s counter-offer: accept 200,000 baht to divorce your wife.

So much, police said, he cut the man off as he rode a motorcycle in Soi Punnawithi 3, then got out of his car to stab him in the mouth, cheek and torso and back again and again as he lay in the road.

Should have taken the money.

Did I read that correctly? Man politely asks other man to stop having sex with his wife. Other man asks if he will accept 200k to divorce her and the polite man stabs him to death?

So this murderer has the mature, cool and calm demeanour to ask him politely to stop having if off with his wife, but then goes all homicidal when he counters that offer with 200k to leave his wife.

Let him off. He was polite.

so the wife was a helpless victim in all of this then, yeah right, !

Absolutely. Get paid and get rid of a cheating wife at the same time. Win/Win.

Absolutely...why would anyone want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you? That's why I'm always happy when a relationship ends...

"...accept 200,000 baht to divorce your wife."

He could sure use that money now to pay a lawyer.

This is the universal response to a cheating partner. Why do they always get mad at the person having the affair with their spouse or partner? The guy wasn't dong the cheating. The wife was.  The same goes for women whose partner is cheating. They always get mad at the other woman.

I wonder what these incarcerated, emotional vigilantes think when they hear Jimmy Cliff singing "I can see clearly now...."

If they can sing the next few lines and not wince ..... then it was either the right call or a really immature conditioning to get them where they were!!!

The So Called " Thai Wife" is behind all criminal and murder cases with her laughing all the way to the bank.

I must be careful having been offered sex etc with poor Thai wife whose husband is a 79 year old Norwegian and according to her no having sex for 3 years and she likes me and not interested in money as" she is well set up "she said

Scratching my head..oh no the real head?

She's obviously an accessory.

So you don't think she's that well set up then. Any pictures?

Losing Face, for a Thai man is like having your di_k cut off !

Considering how the husband reacted to the offer of money [if that is true and I have my doubts] I can see why the wife might have been looking to get away from him.

Seems to have something of an anger management problem.

200,000?

Not enough.

That's why.

Seams more like she was riding him to hell :whistling:

I am sure that there are some guys on here who think that the 200,000 was a fantastic offer!  :whistling:

Was she really that good. 200,000 baht buys you a lot of love here. I guess the my wife or your life part was not taken seriously enough. Do Thai's take anything serious? Just asking.

For a cheating wife, it was a fantastic offer- should have taken it and ridden off into the sunset.
