Considering moving to Unix from Central Pattaya. I like the units but am not too familiar with the walkability, I assume I will take a hit here. 

 

Are there any decent grocery places close enough to walk to?

The nearest grocery store is Tops in TukCom (1.6km).

Some 200 meters further up South Pattaya Road you'll find Friendship.

Food Market (at the airport bus terminal Jomtien) is 1.9 km

 

All the others: Big C, Tesco are more than 2-3 km

 

A convenience store will open shortly on the second floor of the building by the entrance. I don't know what range it will stock at the moment though. Tops and Villa are your nearest at the moment and Villa is easily accessed using the regular shuttle service provided by the condo.
