Flaming Truck Circles Roundabout, Driver Unhurt

Firemen extinguishing Kitti Halita’s truck, which caught fire Wednesday evening in Bang Khen.

 

BANGKOK — A Toyota truck burst into flames as it circled a roundabout Wednesday evening in northern Bangkok.

 

Firemen and police rushed to the scene after the Toyota Vigo suddenly caught fire at the Bang Khen traffic circle as Kitti Halita, 21, was driving to meet his classmates at Phranakhon Rajabhat University. No one was injured.

Many boys modify their pickup with turbo's and the lot...they make an awfull noise and big clouds of smoke from racing i guess.

 

This guy needs some more technical education i guess.

Altogether now " It went round and round and the flames went higher , it burned burned burned that ring of fire "

Cheapo LPG conversion?

Thailand not to be outdone - similar instance in Australia yesterday - but without the flames - sorry can't locate the link but quite a comedy until they finally could get into the vehicle and stop it.

 

Added: After reading link,  in khaosodenglish, the vehicle didn't circle the roundabout on fire - the driver parked  and left it  -  just  another BS story
