Any reports on Toyota Sienta?

Featured Replies

While I was waiting for my Avanza to get her 40.000 km Service done, I had a look at e new Sienta. I love compact cars with lots of space, and this one seems to fill the bill. Does anyone have any experience with the new model? Especially the V model looks quite promising and I like the sliding doors...  More about it here

Please do not try to convince me to buy a Honda Freed, I had a Civic once which I sold after about one week, and never again Honda (on 4 wheels).

As far as I know has Honda withdraw the Freed from the Thai market.

The Toyota Sienna already got some good reviews. But it is still rare on the streets of Thailand. I assume it will take some time for getting personal experience reports.

I see the singas car prices are still outrageous...

even back 30 years ago, you had to fork out an additional $60,000+ and that wasn't for the car, but for the right to join the queue to buy one

In Thailand it goes for 750.000 or 825.000 baht, depending on the model.

I did a test drive (V Model) now, and I must say, I like the little beast a lot. Not very powerful, but a nice ride and a wonder in space. Nice thing, but the offer for my Avanza was lower than expected. So I will stick to A... for a while longer.

I've seen this at the dealership and was considering it as the family run around, seems to tick alot of boxes. The only issue is convincing the wife who doesn't like its look, once I get her over that it will be her new car

The interior actually looks like it was designed by a team working with each other rather than a group of people who have never communicated with each other which is refreshing for a Toyota.
