As a visitor (non resident in the hotel), will cost around 250 Baht to use (swimming pool, gym use also included). If you're here for a while, you can get weekly / monthly deals or membership for a much better rate. The Naeranchula Gym / Fitness place has a sauna, but seems to be very seldom used.
