It isn't as if they are going into some hijacked place expecting to find dead bodies everywhere and to top it all they've had more than enough to prepare. That some posters suggest there is lack of thought when giving reasons I think is a compliment...I don't think there is the space in the appropriate organ in the first place, if you see what I mean. This is sometimes refered to as a jail / prison by those who are associated with it. Do as has been suggested, cut off power, water, etc. get a head count and sell them rice fish soup which they have to pay for. Have enough that everyone can get 1000 calrie per day. If new arrivals want in, let them in just make everyone aware anyone trying to escape will be shot by the army snipers stationed around the complex.
