Partner with US citizenship to setup Thai Ltd Co

Featured Replies

Hi

I seek a real partner with US passport and some investments to setup new Limited Company with 3 mln baht authorised capital under US-Thailand Treaty of Amity.

Any real investor with real money for IT/Internet Store business outside Thailand. We have our same investments and property in Thailand and outside but we would like to increase it with real co-founder.

We need to open real office next year. It's international project but connected with Thailand. Step-by-step founding is possible too. Under your control.

49% for us

49% for you

2% for Thai co-founder (we think)

Pls don't tell me about Thai nominal (fake) partnership (we don't need 51% free Thai co-founders) or about BOI (it's impossible for us)! Our business must be clear.

It is great if you have your Real Estate Co., travel company or any Internet Store already because you will get free advertising inside/outside Thailand for foreign and Thai people!

Any ideas are discussable here but pls use PM only for your contact data.
