Documents Required For B Visa In Penang For Wp Holder?

My codirector need to get a new B Visa rushed now. He just got the WP two days ago, and it will expire on the 11th.

From all I know, Penang is the place to go (From Pattaya). Just want to make sure he gets all documents from the company.

For some reason the search function seems to not work correctly at the moment, so please:

Anyone knows the Documents required, please post so!

Also, if anyone has made positive experience with a Visa Agent there (on B Visas) and still has a name, Email or phone number, please let me know!

For single entry Penang should be OK but not for a multi entry. Believe work permit and full company paperwork is required (should find full list in a Sunbelt post within the last two days I believe).
