Visa Run To Kuala Lumpar

Hi, I am am working in Thailand and currently hold a Non B single entry visa which expires this month. I plan to go to Kuala Lumpur to get a Non B - multiple entry visa and wondered if anyone could add some useful information before I go?!?? Also if anyone can confirm for me that the embassy in KL are indeed still isueing multiple entry visas.............

How much does this visa cost?

Do you have to go to the Consulate yourself or can an agency can do it for you, as in Penang?

How long does it take to get your visa back?

Is it possible to hand your visa in one day and return the next day to pick it up?

Are you able to pay an extra fee to ensure you get it back by midday the following day?

How far is the airport from the embassy?

What is the cost of this visa?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would like to book a return flight now, but wonder if its a bit risky if its is uncertain when you will get your visa returned to you. Thanks in advance
