Up to date Savannakhet Multiple Entry Non O?

Searched the forum and can only find a topic from November so want to confirm that things have not changed since last year for a NON O multiple entry based on marriage?

 

No financial proof required?

Also documents still the same?

I was there the day after Christmas, and got a new Non Immigrant O.  I took copies of my wife house book, ID card, Marriage Certificate, and the other form that goes with it, my passport, and a copy of my last entry.  My wife signed any form to do with her.  I also took the original Marriage Certificate, and the form that goes with it.  No financial stuff or anything else.

 

At the consulate, the official looked at it, said 2000 baht.  I said I wanted a year.  He said 5000 baht.  I paid, returned the next day and got another year (90 days per entry).
