Does anybody know where I can buy Humulin R or Novolin R in Thailand?

 

 

A previous poster said it was distributed by DKSH, but I contacted them and they couldn't tell me where it was available in the country.

AFAIK neither of these specific brands are available in Thailand.

 

Brands of regular human insulin which are here, are:

 

Actrapid HM (this, and not Humulin R, is the brand distributed by Zuellig)

Insugen-R (distributed by Berlin Pharma)

 

Where in Thailand are you?

I suspect the hospital in Pattaya are going to start me on insulin, anyone know the cost?
