A woman was arrested for defrauding clients via her Instagram posts about selling digital cameras lower than market price.

 

Crime Suppression Division (CSD) police on Friday announced the arrest of Oraphan Chantatum, 25, who confessed to committing acts of fraud by luring clients to transfer money for purchase of cameras advertised on her Instagram account. 

 

“She was arrested for the crime she committed two years ago. She tried to sell goods online, most of which were digital cameras, at a cheaper price.
