The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department (DPMD) Monday announced that at risk were Chumphon, Surat Thai, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla. These five provinces were among eight provinces to face heavy rain at least until tomorrow.
