Off topic, but I previously lived in the Hague, where they have automatic bollards that sink into the ground as a tram approaches, then rise up again after the tram passes over.

Still don't believe this horror show today in Melbourne was in any way terror/islam related, regardless of what this crazed man may or may not have shouted.  Clearly a totally **** up, mentally ill, and possibly drug affected individual.
