I have an Amazon GC with value of $674 and wanted to turn it into cash. And here is the issue:

I was not able to sell it on eBay, because it is over $500.  My second option was Reddit AND with PayPal. But the issue with PayPal is that they hold the fund until 21 days.  

 

So long story short, I want to kindly ask for your advice, if you know any secure way to solve the issue.

And also if anybody interested I can sell the $674 Amazon GC just for $650, and we can meet personally and I can give the claim code.
