It is no longer available (shut down)
Nice lady at immigration said they are going to redo the site. Who really knows but expect a trip to Promenada for a long while to do the 90 day.
Old immigration near airport is getting a new building all services are at Promenada now.

Doing them by mail is another option.

Been doing mine by mail to my local office since I cannot do them online because of an old entry to the country. Sent my most recent one by EMS on Friday and got the receipt this morning by EMS (40 baht worth of stamps on the return envelope).

What about those of us who did the report, got the accepted email, but then found that the website was unavailable to print off the receipt ?

Go to you local office with a copy of the email. They will have a record of you doing the report in their system since it was approved by them.
