glegolo
I have a simple question, I do hope you can help me plse.... If I have a Non Immigrant "O" based on spouse/family 1 year.. At the end of that year, can I extend that VISA for some period of time, or MUST I, if I like to extend something, use the extension of stay instead???? So can I extend the VISA actually?? Thanks for your help.. Glegolo
ubonjoe
Only a permit to stay can be extended. You can only get a new visa when it expires. You can extend any of the 90 day entries from a multiple entry non-o visa for one year if you can meet the financial requirements. Or for 60 days to visit your wife with no financial proof.
