Working with a valid work permit inThailand since a few years, I was thinking to rent a few motorbike.

Since I plan to rent an house, I would have enough space to park the motorbike....

Should I create a Thai company or no? I mean since I can be owner of a motorbike, is it forbidden to rent it to someone else? Or should I only make a contract between me and the person who will be renting it.

 

If I need to create a thai company, do you think that it is worth? I only plan to buy 5 motorbike and if within 6 months it works well I would buy 10 more.

I am based in BKK.

Remember. This is only an IDEA... I have not yet invested my money so no worries guys, everything is fine for me :) But I hope that your valuable advices will help me.

Don't do it. As a foreigner if you're able to get a workpermit for this, you're not allowed to receive payments. You'll piss off Thai renting out their bikes, just a matter of time before you'll have the police at your doorstep.
