hi i have 3 ladies over from the UK, they have booked 10th 11th 12th to go to Pattaya, i just see that saturday is a holy day

so the bars will be shut, and before any idiots come on here to say "cant they go without drink for one day"

they are  2 ladies at 67 and my sister 75. they like music bars and love to have a dance, can anyone confirm any music bars open, they will be staying by LK METRO thanks.bars in bangkok will be shut.

I believe the GoGo Bars on Walking Street intend to open earlier on Friday night, and will then close at Midnight.

 

I would expect LK Metro to do similar, or possibly not bother opening at all.

 

Bad planning by the 3 ladies, as its not as though this date has not been known about for some considerable time.

Yeah, all the common jokes applied, but try taking them to a good hotel for dinner and music even if they do cannot drink.

Bamboo bar at the beginning of walking street might be a better bet for dancing.

Who knows if any will open, but it is the law that they close

They can still party until midnight the 10th just get them to start early, get really drunk and hungover so the next night is a no go anyway.
