bearpolar Posted February 7, 2017 Share Posted February 7, 2017 Hey guys, i have a family member coming to sakon soon, she wants to tour around anywhere around sakon or isaan for that matter, maybe hit up Vientiane and i have no desire to spend my time doing any of those things Could anyone recommend a good agency with transportation that hopefully speaks french or at least very very clear English?
