i am after a retirement visa and multiply entry visa where is the best place to get this in pattaya and how much should it be 

Immigration in Jomtien.

1900 baht for 1 year extension of stay.

3800 baht for multiple re-entry permit.

Unless you currently have a non-o visa entry you will first need to apply for 90 day non immigrant visa (category O) entry at immigration. The fee for it is 2000 baht. You will need 800k baht in a Thai bank or proof of 65k baht income or a combination of the 2 totaling 800k baht.

Then during the last 30 days of the 90 entry from the non-o visa or the one from the visa application you can apply for a one year extension of stay (it is not a visa). The 800k baht would need to be in the bank for 60 days on the ate your apply for it.
