RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand in-depth industry roadmap and customer's operation, financial and owner's issues.
• Perform complex financial analyses and provide mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advice and services to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Strong proficiency in accounting, finance and business law
• Deep understanding on strategy and business in order to catch deal sense on M&A
• Experience in M&A, capital market transactions, lending, financial advisory or related fields
• Good interpersonal, analytical thinking, communications, problem solving skills and result-oriented
• Good command of English
