incorperating a thai company with thai wife and friends

We are a group of 4, my wife (Thai citizen) and 3 foreigners (2 australians/1 German) who want to set up a company in Thailand in order to do business in Mynamar.

We have a local partner in Myanmar and want to lease land from him to run a small guest house (estimated yearly income 100-200.000 US$)

So we are not intending to do business in Thailand. The purpose of the company is purely to do business in Myanmar, but the new Myanmar laws now require a foreign company.

What costs are we looking at for set up (incorporation) in thailand

How long does it take?

What other yearly cost do we have to expect?

What documents are required? 

I live here with my wife in Thailand, however our other partners are overseas.

Do they need to physically come to Thailand or can the signatures etc be done via internet/Fed Ex?
