TOT FTTx slow and unstable lately

For a week or so I am having unstable connections to hosts outside of Thailand (e.g. Europe/US).

Connections are slow sometimes, loading gets canceled resulting in some browser errors like

No, it is definately not the hosts.

A simple refresh mostly does it, but its getting more lately. Anybody else?

Ditto. I have VDSL. 

Yes I sometimes get the exact same error with TOT ADSL
my theory is the server that inspects and records all internet requests is overloaded.
