Filing in TM7 form

Featured Replies

Dear Forum

It maybe me but I am submitting a TM7 form to immigration tomorrow to get an extension ( i actually only require a 20 day extension) -  Will I have to complete any other forms

I am doing this in Aranyaprathet

This is the first extension -  I have all the documents that I submitted for the original visa

1) Passport info

2) Thai id card

3) Marriage certificate (Thai)

4) copy of TM6

5) Copy of  receipt of staying as an alien at my home address

regards

Richard

What type of extension are you applying for?

If you are applying for a 30 day extension of a visa exempt or tourist visa entry you will not need your marriage certificate.

If applying for a 60 day extension to visit your wife she will need to be with you. Your marriage certificate plus a copy for her house book registry and ID card.

Copies of passport photo page, visa, entry stamp and TM6 departure card.

Thanks for you help

Not sure !!! I was told it would cost me 1900 Bhat......... probably a 60 day, even though I only need a 30 day one

RIchard

All extension have a fee of 1900 baht.

If you have a non-o visa entry your only choice is the 60 day extension.
