Time Line For 90 Day Report

Featured Replies

Hi just a quick ?  What's the time line to do a 90 day report before and after the due date?

is it one week before or after? I can't remember.  Thanks for your help  Jasper

It is 15 days before or 7 days after the the report date that includes the report date in the count.

So if the report date falls on a Monday, the 7-days-after window will presumably expire on the following Sunday - when your local immigration office will, of course, be closed. In these circumstances would you still be OK as avoiding penalties if you went into your local office on the Monday after?

Weekends and holidays are counted as part of the 7 days late allowance. In your example you would have do it no later than  Friday of that week.
