Hello everyone, I don't understand about the TM.30 form. Am I need to fill the form within 24 hours after I arrived in Thailand? I came to the kingdom via Nong Khai at 22 Feb, and arrived in my home at 24 Feb by the train. Am i already late to report?

And what is the requirement to submit TM.30? I'm renting a house and I don't think the owner of the house want to go to immigration office submit the TM.30. Can I fill and submit the TM.30 by myself? When is the right time for me to submit the TM.30, a moment before I want to apply for extension or as fast as possible?

The rule is that the TM.30 must be submitted within 24 hours of arrival at the residence where you will be staying, not within 24 hours after crossing the border into Thailand.
