Maybe a Park would benefit the residents of BKK more than another shopping mall .Either way anything would be a plus to UK expats than the useless service provided by the well paid civil servants at the Embassy . Perhaps the UK treasury could use some of the 20 billion to unfreeze the millions of frozen pensions inflicted on fully paid up UK pensioners who have retired to Thailand and other countries..
