Hi,just looking for some advice here about my address,i moved out from my old address a year ago to a rental house,it was only going to be a temporary thing and i did not inform Phitsanolok immigration, they sent my 90 day slips to my old adress, where i would get them from my ex wife. My retirement visa is due for renewal this month, the new office is now in Phetchabun,i don't have a rent book, just reciepts the guy who collects the rent gives me,which when i looked the other day seem to have a different address to where i am written on the top,my question is should i tell them i have been here for a year,or try to say i have just moved in,do i need to get something signed by the landlady,i know where she lives, and copy of her id card, will i be in big trouble over this,i know now i should have done it back then ,but i was in a bad way having split with my wife and just never got around to it,i have the rental agreement, but of course it is a year old, really not sure what to do ,any advice would be welcome.

Immigration only know the date you moved by what you tell them.

You'll need to file a TM28 (change of address) and a TM30 from the landlord (notification of alien residence)

They will require a signed copy of your landlords ID card and Tabien Baan, along with a copy of your passport, TM6 and current extension stamp.

On the day you do the notification, put the date of the day before on the forms.

Do the change of address first, before renewing your extension.

Thanks for that,i was thinking it may be easier if i say i am living at my girlfriends house, then she can fill out the form,as the landlady of the property i live at is very hard to get hold of,it's not strictly true of course but as it is a retirement visa as far as i know unlike marriage they don't come around to check.

In Phuket they now require a photo in front of your house number for retirement extensions.
