14 Dhammakaya core followers face arrest on sight

 

 

Officials of the Department of Special Investigation Department will make arrest on sight of any of the 14 core followers of Dhammakaya cult who have defied summonses for them to surrender for questioning, DSI deputy director-general Pol Col Songsak Raksaksakul said Thursday.

 

The deadline for the 14 core followers, including Dhammakaya spokesperson Phra Sanitwong, is due to expire today (Thursday) after which DSI officials will make arrest if any of them are seen at the temple, he added.

The DSI can't arrest them on sight because the summons have not been successfully served on them personally. If they post the summon, the monks can claimed that they have not received or summon were lost. False fact here.
