NARATHIWAT: -- Prime Minister Prayut Chan-ocha expressed sorrow for parents of students and teachers of a school in Narathiwat’s Ruesoe district who were killed and injured in an attack of their school bus by southern militants on Thursday.

Government spokesman Lt-Gen Sansern Kaewkamnerd said that prime minister also ordered Narathiwat provincial administration and agencies concerned to help the injured victims and to fully compensate families of the dead victims.

Four people, including the pickup truck driver, were killed and one seriously injured in the unprovoked attack.

Lt-Gen Sansern said the prime minister also ordered security forces to hunt down the perpetrators of this heinous crime.

He urged the public to openly condemn the militants and to report to the authorities if they have any information about them.

Just <>>>>>> Cowards, what the hell does that sort of thing achieve? and they call themselves men

RIP little one and all

Now the whole country and the rest of the world know that sadness is here. How would it be to stop be sad, stand up and do something about a growing problem.
But on the other hand. Theese activities are maybe not considered to hurt the image of Thailand.

An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.

Some one knows who did this.

PM saddened by School Bus attack..........

Another misleading headline.

Somchai Tongchan was taking his son to school in his truck.

R.I.P.  for the victims and let's home the injured recover soon.

Instead of army harassing tourists, send 50,000 down south and root out the bastard militants!

I thought the coup was to stop unrest. Didn't stop a civil war too.

Very sad, but typical of these cowards picking soft targets, wherever in the world..

Cheer up. Maybe ISIL will take notice of the weak Malay-Thai Muslim insurgency to eject the Buddhist Thai government from the Islamic homeland of the Kingdom of Patanni, and provide sufficient recruitment and heavy weapons to take on the Thai military directly.

As we've seen in the past, Thai military doesn't do well on its own when on equal footing with military opposition. Which raises the question as to why after decades of insurgent attacks the military is incapable of completely suppressing the insurgency. Unless maybe it has reason to tolerate a weak insurgency in order to continue its active suppression of the Malay-Thais, ie., the only area of the Thai nation that a State of Emergency still exists.

Send more troops and go after these terrorist saying that they still can't get the Monk. TIT
