I arrived on a 60 day tourist visa in January 2017 secured from the Thai consul in Los Angeles . My return flight to USA is April 18.

What are my options for staying legally here in Thailand until April 18?

Go to immigration and get an extension, i think 1900 baht.

You can apply for a 30 day extension of the 60 day entry at immigration for a fee of 1900 baht.

If that is not enough you could do a border hop to get a 30 day visa exempt entry or if you need 7 days or less you could apply for another extension and be granted 7 days to leave the country after paying the 1900 baht fee.

A 30 day extension will be 2 days short of my April 18 departure. Maybe cheaper and easier to change my Eva air flight to April 15 or so. Eva sometimes allows a dare change at no change fee cost.. Assuming the fare is the same.
