Hello,

As back to back Multiple entry Tourist visas are not possible (I think that the limit is two per passport, correct me if I'm wrong), talking for myself and my personal situation, compromise has to be done with the time spent in Thailand.

For the next 5-10 years, If I wish to divide the year between my home country and Thailand with up to 9 months of the year in Thailand (using multiple entry visa) and then go back home for 3 months (during which another  Multiple entry visa is applied for), is it possible to do this endlessly or is there a reason that can prevent this from happening (i.e. A set limit of the number of Tourist visas you can have in your passport regardless of the time passed between them OR there is a minimum time you must spend OUTSIDE Thailand during a year to obtain another multiple entry visa again and again)

Please note that I am not talking about the 1st/2nd multiple visas which can be back to back according to people who done it, I am talking about the possibility of endless visas without the need to have a new passoport.

*By the way, it doesn't have to be home for 3-4 months, it can be anywhere outside Thailand which is a good reason to travel while knowing that I will be able to obtain the Multiple visa endlessly.

Also, when applying for the visa in the stay section, is it better to mention that I own a condo or is it better to write a hotel name instead?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

There is no limit on the number of multiple entry tourist visas you can get in your home country.

It seems you could do what you wrote without a problem since you will be back in your home country for a few months between visas.

No problem to show you own a condo instead of hotel reservations.
