CHIANG RAI – Thailand’s Public Health Ministry on Sunday warned citizens throughout the Nation that the rising temperatures during the hot season is raising the risk of heatstroke throughout the country.

LoL !

So what kind of news story should that be: it's just normal for this time of the year...no panic for nothing!!!!!!!!!!

I have worked in some of the hottest places on Earth, and drinking plenty of water is a good idea. But without enough salt in your body, you cannot perspire and cool off, which can cause Heat Stroke. So for me I add a little more salt to my meal.

If you have High Blood Pressure, then best you stay inside in an air-conditioned room.

Already looking forward to getting the warning about cold showers in winter.

Don't forget the warnings to "Not run with scissors" along with "Don't stick your hand in the fan".

Adding a pinch of sea salt to water is best for getting more sodium in, and not refined table salt.
