After recent app update and trying to get in there to adjust push notifications to stop receiving emails for every notification, now getting 'This forum is currently not available on this app'. Now unresponsive.

Just delete app,turn OFF phone shut down totally.Re Start, load from App Store and its back to normal,just done so?

Tried it Still same problem

Solved invalid license but still can't do anything with push notifications, which means emails for everything. I'll shelve the app until this is sorted. I've heard of teething problems, but...

When the App first came out I didn't like it, now when I use Safari I don't like it!  Has anyone got any suggestions for those of us who can't get the app back by relaoding it? 

The message is, Invalid App. This forum is currently not available on this app. Please contact the forum administrator.  This I am now doing. 

Correction, the message has two options :cancel-OK I clicked OK and the thing is working, I think !

I will try that on my iPad now

Yeah, mine had the problem this morning, deleted app and downloaded again, okay for about 3 hours then went breasts skywards also !!

Shame because I prefer the app as only have t'internet on my phone and the app is easy to navigate ( when it's working ! )

Well whoever wrote "contact administrator" thought it worth doing, I know nothing. I am getting used to the website now. 

The App is supplied by an external vendor who have been advised of the issues and we, like you, are awaiting their response/action to the problems. 

My Thaivisa Connect app has gone for a dump again but strangely enough will open via Tapatalk !!

Could always hotspot to PC.

I prefer the app version as I can always pull out my phone and check without waiting for laptop to boot up .

Noticed people were using Tapatalk a lot so thought I would give it a go........ brilliant !
The Tapatalk app version is a very similar format to Connect but actually works !!
Notifications actually notify you now and in general it's 100% better than Connect ( which I have now shelved) .

Hi, The Vendor changed licensing model and updated the application at the same time, we are re-submitting the new apps to google play and appstore to fix the issues. TD
