i am a 57year old dutch citizen seeking to live with my thai partner of over 16 years.

i had her over to holland on a permanent visa but due to her homesickness that didn t work out.

she runs her own bussiness in ranot [songkhla].

i lack the funds to comply with the thai imm. regulations so i try to find out how someone can help me on this subject. 

i know there are agencies and visa agents out there offering their assistance to get the visa one wants or needs,but there is always the

matter of not so and unreliable ones out there on the internet.

If you are married to your Thai partner you could get a multiple entry non-o visa in Savannakhet Laos with no financial proof.

Not sure you will find any agents in Songkhla to help with your extension based upon retirement.

Getting married would seem to be the best option.

speedy visa is one to crops up on here, google ads, many use agents like this and you do not need the funds in the bank for 3 months

The problem you will have is that the agents you find will do the extension in Bangkok, Pattaya or wherever they have contact at immigration to do it.

The means you can only do your 90 day reports where you got the extension. There are some offices that recognize that the extension was done under the table and will not allow you to do them even after formally changing your address to where you are living.
