Two killed, three injured in passenger van crash
By The Nation

SUPHAN BURI: -- A Bangkok to Suphan Buri passenger van crashed into a tree in Suphan Buri’s Bang Plama district on Tuesday morning, killing the driver and a passenger.

Police said three other passengers were injured in the accident that happened at about 7.30 am in Moo 9 village in Tambon Takha.

The driver and the dead passenger, who was sitting behind the driver, were trapped inside the van and died at the scene.

The injured passengers were taken to Bang Plama Hospital.

The survivors told police that the van swerved before crashing into the tree.

Yep, another van driver down. That's 2 so far today , including the Phuket cowboy. But he'll be back on the road tomorrow.

Another prat off the roads. Good.

:402: RIP to the passenger.:402:

Thainess...

Tree is at fault. If Tree wasn't there, there would be no accident !!!

" The survivors told police that the van swerved before crashing into the tree..."

No. A human being lost control of the inanimate object referred as a "van" and then he ran into a tree.

Those damn trees.... always causing problems!

Hope the tree survived. Just a warm-up run for Songkran.

All helps the annual road kill figures.  If any New Zealanders are reading this I would be interested to know if the number of Possums killed in NZ are less or greater  than the number of Lemmings Thais killed on the road each year here.
