According to meteorologists, a high-pressure system currently moving across the North and Northeast has already weakened. Coupled with westerly winds, the skies in these regions will become clear towards the second half of this week. March 28, 20179 yr I was hoping for more rain in the Sisaket and Ubon areas. I have friends there whose wells have gone dry for lack of underground water supply...... They could use a good long heavy rain..........
