March 31, 20179 yr Python enjoys an expensive chicken meal in Ang Thong! Picture: 77Jowo ANG THONG: -- Your average KFC chicken meal costs 100 baht or so - but a python in Ang Thong has been feasting on 10,000 baht chickens. But these are no ordinary roosters - they are fighting cocks especially reared for what the Thais call "Kai Chon". Yesterday Poh Teck Tung foundation animal catching specialists were called to a fighting cock facility in the Yan Seu area of Muang district to help catch a three metre, 20 kilogram python with a large bulge, reported 77Jowo. It didn't take long to bag the beast as it seemed to be digesting its meal. Fed up manager Theeradon Suphawimon, 24, said he had checked his stock of 40 cocks and two were missing, presumed gobbled by the greedy visitor. And it was not the first time. Despite introducing measures to safeguard the valuable stock this was the second time they had been hit in recent days. Earlier a python swallowed a champion cock that had won many titles and was worth tens of thousands of baht. Source: 77Jowo -- © Copyright Thai Visa News 2017-03-31

Real good Buddhists what? chai kapeeee, vely good...Just wait untill one of those animal rights fronts in Europe hears about it, or Greenpeace, and the good name of Thailand goes through the drain. Outside of BKK they keep those roosters at almost every house, and they even make loads of noise all night long. Don't understand how this can be happening in a buddhist country. And they even gamble on it.
