BANGKOK — To celebrate Thai Heritage Preservation Day, residents and tourists alike can explore all national museums and historical parks without paying admission fees on Sunday.

 

Free park entry will set off a week of events including a “The Story of Mahajanaka,” a traditional performance based on a literary work by the late King Bhumibol adapted from “Ten Lives of The Buddha.” It shows with other traditional shows daily at 5pm at the National Theatre starting Tuesday through April 8.

Would this also apply to the many National Parks, I wonder ?

Farangs will still have to pay Farang rate, I.e. 10× more than Thai rate, it is just that 10×0 = 0   :-)

Yes i just noticed the date again, bowl up tomorrow the 2nd and get stung 10X the entry fee!

I would like a free museum but I have got nowhere to put it.
