A couple of days ago when I switched on my PSI and TV an automatic update was installed.

Seems they removed BVN from their channel list...

Anybody knows where to complain and how?

They are a free to air service providing what is available on Thaicom birds - perhaps that channel is no longer on that bird or is encoded for pay service (have no idea why it would have been actually as not exactly over Europe).  

Due to this list it should have existed at least until March 22 (latest update).

You could first try a manual setup for this transponder.

i think you will find that in their T/C S they will state  that they may change their channels    from time to time   get yourself a android box and at least   200 channels for free  ie no monthly charge
