We are a couple of farangs, we came with our baby, without visa, then we got 30 days entry.

We will go to local immigration soon to extend for 30 days. (then we might go to Penang to do a tourist visa and come back again for 60 or 90 more days).

Do we also need to extend (and pay 1900 bahts) for my baby?

Technically yes, but children under 15 are not fined for overstay.
